A real mixed bag

Saturn and the Jupiter-Neptune combo are a degree apart: Saturn's in Aquarius and Jupiter-Neptune are in Pisces, both around 23 degrees. Both energies are unmistakable in their function (if you know what you're looking for), and both feel quite large but for different reasons. If you have a pleasant Saturn transit, you feel boosted or validated by your elders if you're doing a good job with whatever it is you're doing, or if there's room to improve, those improvement opportunities find you. If you have an unpleasant Saturn transit, you feel blocked and like there's a conspiracy to make your life difficult (I'm on the wrong side of Saturn right now and I keep finding myself in scheduling hell in which people tell me to propose a meeting but their calendars have secret-unavailable times that aren't marked as such, so I have to wait for certain people to give me verbal permission to schedule a meeting or else I will be admonished).

If you have a pleasant transit from the chunk in the sky that is currently Jupiter-Neptune, you have sudden opportunities out of nowhere, weird coincidences, insights, inspirations, and "what are the odds of that" situations, but the good kind. Unpleasant transit? Temporarily living in Murphy's Law, or attracting people to you who are acting like flighty maniacs.

The issue here is that Jupiter-Neptune and Saturn may be aspecting the same thing at the same time, but depending on where that *thing* is in the zodiac, impacts will vary. And that's why it's weird.

For people who like specifics:

  • If you've got something at 23 degrees Gemini, Saturn is trining it (120 degrees-nice) while Neptune/Jupiter are squaring it (90 degrees--not nice). Meaning: Saturn is supporting a process that's been feeling underwater for a year or so. Sudden happenings could be beneficial but verify that everyone involved is telling the truth or delivering on promises.

  • At 23 Libra, Saturn's trining it while Neptune's inconjuncting it. Again: Saturn is supportive while inconjuncts (150 degree aspects) create pressure out of nowhere, so something simultaneously is working while something else is not working at all.

  • At 23 Scorpio, Neptune-Jupiter's trining it while Saturn's squaring it, so on the one hand, pleasant situations come out of nowhere while you also feel blocked or bogged down by responsibility.

  • At 23 Cancer, Neptune-Jupiter's trining it while Saturn's inconjuncting it (same as 23 Scorpio).

  • 23 Pisces, you just get the Neptune-Jupiter conjunction, so just make sure you're somehow on earth still.

  • At 23 Leo, you get both the opposition from Saturn (180 degrees--not nice), which is like being blocked by a linebacker, AND an inconjunct from Neptune, so confusion about why you're being blocked, probably.

  • At 23 Aquarius, you just get Saturn conjuncting whatever, so that's the fun police.

Hot tip: this energy will repeat in late December and early January, but without Jupiter involved, so it won't feel *as* big or *as* weird or *as* random for those of you who are impacted when it happens again.
