Does anyone know what to do?

(Sometimes I just ask this question out loud to myself for fun)

I was thinking about writing a grumbly piece about the fact that Saturn goes back into Pisces in early September and stays there until Valentine's Day, but I just checked myself, saying "it's conjunct Neptune anyway—does it matter if it's in Aries or Pisces?" And, the astrology purists will have me tell you the answer is yes because the two cause different vibes separately or together in either of those signs. But are they differences you're really going to notice right now? No. They're causing a very effing weird blend of clarity and confusion: clarity about some things you weren't even aware were problems, mainly (and the confusing part is either "where did that problem come from?" or "why didn't I see it earlier?").

Anyway Saturn's going back into Pisces and if you want to point a finger at what's making you slightly more nostalgic or feeling vaguely depressed in September, there's a culprit you can point at, though if you say out loud that you're in your feelings because Saturn is in Pisces, you will get really strange looks. I dare you, though.

Are you playing a personal game of "who's in charge right now?" I know I am. That's both Saturn in Pisces (generally, without Neptune) and the Saturn conjunction with Neptune: leadership erasure. A fun fact about Saturn in the 12th house (a Pisces theme): you often (not always) see it in charts of people with missing fathers. Remember: you can define "missing" a lot of different ways, from "gone a lot" to "too chronically ill to attend my baseball games" to "went out for cigarettes in 1987." Another issue you see a lot of with a 12th house Saturn is lack of confidence in personal authority: one day it's there and another day you're searching for it like lost keys.

I had to

Saturn and Neptune conjunct once and for all in February, then Saturn moves along, further into Aries, and Neptune inches along because it is very slow. But February is the pinch point for authority problems and vibes I'd prefer not to dwell on. I will say this, though: if you are a Valentine's Day celebrator and you recently noticed some problems in your primary love relationship, work on them NOW, or you will very likely not enjoy Valentine's Day 2026. The good news is you have plenty of time.

Sky things I'm cool with right now:

Mars is in Libra. Mars isn't the strongest soldier in Libra but he sure as shit knows how to woo and be a gentleman. (Have you ever known an owner of Mars in Libra and been unable to tell whether they're flirting or just being polite? It's happened to me on a few occasions.) You can do things that are *nice.* Libra likes *nice.* I'm tempted to have a Libra energy owner guest-post about nice things.

Venus is going into Leo. Leo's just fun and fun needs all the help it can get these days. Mars in Libra and Venus in Leo is a nice combo for playing well with others romantically and otherwise. (You CAN tell when Venus in Leo is flirting in case you were wondering. Leo is a fire sign and fire signs are not subtle.)
