Fetch me the sledgehammer

You may have heard there's a lunar eclipse on Tuesday: the moon will be in Taurus at 16°. Here's Elsaelsa's take on the energy; I agree with her. 

This week the sun (and Venus and Mercury) is (are) opposing Uranus. I love when the Sun's opposing anything, especially outer planets, because it's the perfect energy for a-ha moments. Whatever the sun is opposing is the type of a-ha moment that's due, and with Uranus, it could be anything, but it's probably something that needs to be revolutionized, and there's a good chance that it'll involve a new way of looking at things. Uranus is an extremely mental planet and it tends to bestow flashes of insight upon us. Occasionally it'll just rattle the shit out of you, though, to get you to wake up to things you're not paying attention to you. Oppositions make situations obvious, and once things are obvious, you know exactly what you should be doing, and you can move forward.

As previously discussed (ad nauseum), Saturn and Uranus have been in a harsh square aspect since the beginning of 2021, and were are in the final throes of that. Saturn is moving forward and Uranus is moving backward—away from each other. They'll be out of aspect in March. For many of us, at the beginning of 2021, we were staring at something big and thinking "I don't want to (fucking) do that." And I have watched others and myself slowly come to terms with the thing they absolutely didn't want to deal with, and while it's sloggy and slow-going, it's going, and it beats standing around and staring at something in fear. So this eclipse will add some additional energy to the situation, which might worry some of you, but I don't see it as something to worry about, because I absolutely love making progress.

All of this energy adds up to the breakdown of obstacles. If you're committed to the work you need to do, you might be able to find a new way forward pretty soon.

Finally, something I deleted from my Mars retrograde article before publishing, which I immediately regretted because I had a relevant situation happen to me the next day to confirm that this energy is out there: since this is happening in Gemini, you might have to:

1. look at things in a new way

2. think about things in a new way

3. communicate differently: in some cases breaking down an existing way of communicating and building a new one
