Hide and seek with ♑️
Boss babies
I was standing outside my gym waiting to be let in, making conversation with a couple who are grandparents of 3.5 year-old twins, and they were discussing how bossy the twins are, which is probably normal for being 3.5 years old, but then they described playing hide-and-seek with them. The tiny people were issuing instructions to their grandparents about where the grandparents were supposed to be hiding, so that the tiny people could come find them: hide and seek their way, in other words.
Then I started doing mental math, because this was beginning to sound really familiar. 3.5 years ago—where was the south node? Capricorn. Issuing orders. Telling people what your rules are (even the rules you just made up). That’s some Capricorn shit. I’d know, since I have a Capricorn south node, and when I was really small, my parents called me “The General.” Your south node is the note you come in on, and the behavior you do automatically without thinking. Bossing people around comes naturally to Capricorn south nodes. Even when you’re 3.
I’m amused.
