Mercury retrograde cometh; Venus inspiration time arriveth
Currently, we are in a situation where Mercury is almost next to Mars but losing speed relative to it, so it may seem like information is flying around or fussiness is at an all-time high (this is happening in Virgo, after all) but this vibe is not happening for long, as Mercury will retrograde (around the 23rd of this month for three weeks) and Mars will pull away. Then we head into this period where the only thing in the sky moving at any kind of a normal speed aside from the sun and moon is Mars.
Generally, with planets that aren't moving fast, they aren't "acting" normal, which means that it's harder than normal to get stuff done, which doesn't mean you can't get anything done at all, it just means the momentum is not behind you to make herculean efforts. I've got too much Capricorn energy for my own good, and I like to be productive, so my normal frustrations in times like these is wanting to get out and push the planets so they go faster, which is silly. September and October probably aren't going to be your most fruitful months. Or mine.
What this actually means is go with the flow. If stuff is working, lean into it, and if it's not, go do something else. Even during times where it feels like nothing is working right, there's always stuff that *is.* Lean into what's working and take a break when it's not. When the sky is like this, I tend to approach things, wary of whether I can make much happen, and am pleasantly surprised when things work well and able to stay loose when no amount of effort does anything. Plus, Mars is moving normally, so you can exercise as much as you'd like to alleviate frustration.
Second thing! Venus and the sun are basically in the same place in the sky, which means that it's inferior conjunction time! "Inferior" means that the planet is between us and the sun, exactly. So it's a seed time for Venus things: pay attention to inspirations you get during this time, but do not freak out or fall all over yourself trying to make them a reality. You'll have a year and a half to take action after Venus resumes moving normally in the sky, so that should be plenty of time. This is easier said than done: I am the poster child who freaks out during Venus retrogrades and makes spastic moves (stories are only available upon request, as they are embarrassing). Reminder: when Venus is retrograde, love and money are weird. I heard someone say on social media that Venus retrograde is to blame for all the celebrity divorces, and...actually yeah, this is true, but those relationships were messed up a long time ago, so you don't have to worry about your relationship if things are solid just because a little planet is appearing to move backwards. There are usually much more important planets that have been active for a long time before Venus retrograde comes along and causes chaos.
