Unreality 2025-2026

So, as of now, Jupiter's in Gemini, Pluto's in Aquarius, and Saturn and Neptune are in Pisces. Gemini and Aquarius are air signs, which are about circulating and sharing information, and Pisces is a mutable, or changeable, sign. Basically it's a great sky combination for changing your mind, but the caveat is that you can change for the better or worse.

As Saturn and Neptune get closer together, I keep thinking "I'm gonna have to tell them" and I mean you guys, but I never want to and I keep putting it off. Occasionally in the sky, an outer planet like Saturn runs into an even-further-out planet and it makes a lot of noise. The joining together of Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto in 2020 was one such time. Astrologers were afraid of that one for decades in advance. Essentially, Saturn is a wall, and Pluto transits can also consist of hitting a wall, so there was a wall hitting a wall in 2020 and we're still feeling the effects of it. Saturn is headed for Neptune, where they'll connect (from our perspective) in 2025 and 2026.

Neptune is not a wall, though: it is an illusion of a wall that turns out not to be a wall at all. Neptune has done a lot of things during its tenure in Pisces (2011 - present), and I'm going to argue that its main victim is our sense of reality. Pisces is Neptune's home sign, and it's been very effective at eroding our confidence in things we used to trust and forcing us to make sacrifices in order to get by (Neptune loves a sacrifice). We're high on social media telling you what's true and low on primary sources, for one thing. Neptune will make you think you're going crazy, though. A few weeks ago, my coworker got a delivery of flowers, and then an hour later, I walked past a second delivery guy carrying the same flowers, and I thought there'd been a glitch in the Matrix before I found out that she'd received the original flowers as a gift and ordered extra from the same place for her mom and sister in law, because she's that nice a person. But for a few minutes, I thought I'd lost it (as someone with psychic abilities, it's a sensation I'm used to at this point).

Neptune vibes

If you imagine Neptune as a psychic tornado and Saturn as the clean-up crew, that's pretty close to what the energy is, essentially. So the clean-up crew is going to conjunct (be next to) the tornado, trying to clean it up as it spins (good luck to all of us), and then will pass it. Reality will pass un-reality. Some of you will have rude awakenings in which illusions you've had are taken from you rather abruptly. Not necessarily illusions you're holding on purpose, but the rudeness of this energetic situation is pretty stark. No one likes having their sense of reality messed with. There are some people in our midst who we would love to have wake up and come back to reality, and that might happen, or it might make them worse. It could go either way, and that's the thing about this energy: it can help you wake up from years of complacency or it can put you to sleep. People can only handle so many rude awakenings before they decide they'd rather check out.

Ever realized that someone you implicitly trusted is not actually trustworthy, and oh, oops, that was your mistake for not seeing it sooner? If that happens more than once in quick succession, someone might decide "yeah I'd rather not talk to people anymore." Who could blame them, really?

The fascinating thing about the upcoming Saturn-Neptune conjunction (meaning they'll be in the same place in the sky) is that it occurs in Aries, not Pisces. I'll comment more as we get closer, but some people might be very, very angry (Aries= big mad) when they find out they've been lied to. Disillusionment is one of the harsher experiences a person can go through, and the early degrees of cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn) are pretty solid areas of the sky in terms of recent transits, so you are going to witness some rude awakenings and some equally rude ostrich-like behavior of people who will refuse to face some truths.

This brings us back to my original point: mental flexibility. Jupiter in Gemini and Pluto in Aquarius can help with changes of mind, and circulating into new environments of like-minded (hopefully not-crazy) people. Occasionally, though, there's a truth teller in a bad package, which this (current) energy is rife with. Like, someone who's wrong on a lot of points but right on an important one. Hindsight is really the only way to tell what's what. So it's a good time to practice having an open mind.
