Your heat shouldn't be that hot
When someone tells me that they or someone they love is sick, the first thing I say is that I'm sorry for them, and the second thing I do is look for Mars's location relative to their sun or moon. What I usually find is Mars having just passed aspect to one of those (sometimes it's the chart ruler, instead). If you are running a fever, Mars may have been the thing that overheated you. But please note, I said "just passed aspect" so that means that Mars hit one of those points in the recent past. What normally happens here is that something either energizes and/or angers you, you don't get the energy *out* in a healthy way, and then you overheat. Is this scientific? Absolutely not. Do I see it a lot? Yep. A LOT.
What does this mean? If you know Mars is going to make a conjunction, square, or opposition to your sun, moon, or chart ruler, 1. prepare to be pissed off (if it doesn't happen, great) 2. hit the gym. I'll never forget when I had Mars squaring my sun and I happened to be hiking constantly. I fully expected to get sick--I was waiting for it. It never came. All that happened vigorous rock climbing and being voraciously hungry. That turned out to be enough. After the aspect waned, I did not need to dominate the earth with the same intensity.
Another one to watch for that's less common is an active Saturn when you're sick. That's more that you're trying too hard to do something (or doing something you shouldn't) and the universe is like "...nope! not for you." I saw a lot of COVID ruining Christmas with people with active Saturn aspects this year. This doesn't mean they were all that sick, just meant they were quarantined when they'd really prefer to be...idk, having Christmas?
But the point is: Mars will overheat you. Don't let it get the best of you.
